Platform Names and Provider Entity
Dr. G, Dr.G, Doctor.G, DoctorG, DOCTORG, and Dtr-G are alternative names and stylizations of one and the same platform, and all are products of Eternal Health Ecosystems. Any reference to any one of these names in this document, on the website, or in the mobile apps refers to the same single provider entity and the same services, and every right, obligation, disclaimer, and limitation of liability stated in this document applies identically regardless of which name is used.
1. Binding Acceptance and Mandatory Use Condition
These Terms apply to all Dr. G website and mobile app usage. Access, sign-in, registration, or continued use means you expressly accept these Terms in full, including the complete liability disclaimer as a mandatory pre-condition for use.
2. Electronic Agreement
These Terms are an electronic record and legally binding agreement. No physical signature is required where electronic acceptance is valid.
3. Eligibility, Identity, and Account Responsibility
You represent legal capacity to contract and accuracy of submitted data, and you remain solely responsible for account credentials and all actions under your account.
4. Platform Nature and Clinical Non-Responsibility
Dr. G is a technology facilitation platform and does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, emergency response, or clinical supervision. Providers are independent and solely responsible for clinical decisions and outcomes.
5. Emergency Exclusion
Dr. G is not an emergency service. In emergencies, contact authorized emergency channels immediately.
6. Booking and Operational Variability
Appointments, queue flow, cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling are operationally variable and may change due to provider, payment, legal, security, network, or system conditions without liability on Dr. G.
7. Fees, Payments, and Refund Variability
Fees and payments may involve third-party processors and provider-specific rules. Refund/cancellation results may vary and may be delayed, rejected, reversed, or adjusted due to policy, fraud checks, processor controls, or legal obligations.
8. User Conduct and Prohibited Use
You must use the platform lawfully and must not engage in abuse, impersonation, fraud, reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, malware activity, or unlawful content operations.
9. Communications and Notices
You consent to receive service, legal, security, and operational communications through app notifications, SMS, email, phone, and other registered channels.
10. Intellectual Property and License
All platform rights remain with Dr. G or licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use platform services as permitted by these Terms.
11. Third-Party Systems
Dr. G may rely on third-party providers, payment processors, communication systems, hosting services, and external links governed by separate terms; Dr. G is not responsible for third-party outcomes or controls.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
13. Complete Limitation of Liability
Dr. G and all related persons/entities are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, contractual, tortious, statutory, medical, financial, technical, reputational, or other loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with platform use.
14. Waiver, Release, and Indemnity
You waive and release claims against Dr. G and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dr. G and related persons/entities from all claims and expenses.
15. Governing Law, Disputes, and Updates
These Terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes subject to binding individual arbitration seated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We may revise Terms at any time; if you do not agree, you must stop using Dr. G immediately.
